Magnetic Field

One of my favorite proofs is the earth’s magnetic field.

Did you know they’ve measured the magnetic flux of the earth? The the strength of the magnet the the earth’s magnetic field caused by the convection currents of molten metal at the earth’s core And they found that the earth’s magnetic field is slowly collapsing They calculated the half-life of the earth’s collapsing magnetic field And it comes out that the half-life of the earth’s collapsing magnetic field is approximately 2,500 years. Remember the half-life of Radiometric dating, half of the original amount would have gone in 2,500 years, half of that remaining amount in another 2,500 years, half of that remaining amount in another 2,500 years and so forth.

Now if this world has been here all these millions of years all we’ve got to do is calculate the strength of the earth’s magnetic field backward and find out some interesting things. If you have a magnetic field strong enough it creates heat. If you raise the strength of that magnetic field you raise the heat in that field, of the stuff in that field. If you raise the magnetic field strength high enough, You can produce a molten state in the material in that field. Those of you that have been keeping abreast of things and reading about nuclear fusion Know that they need to create a radioactive plasma That’s held in position by a high strength magnetic field in order to produce a fusion state that we can tap almost endless energy out of. See the increase of magnetic concentration field strength raises the temperature of whatever’s in that field

All right, let’s go back then and start going backward 2,500 years in the age of the earth because we know its magnetic field is decaying this amount. How far back can we go before it turns into a molten ball of lava. If we go back 10,000 years, just 10,000 years at the present rate of decay the earth’s magnetic field would be so strong that the heat produced would reduce the planet earth through a ball of molten lava. If we go back 20,000 years, the strength of the earth’s magnetic field at the known present rates of decay would be so intense as to create heat sufficient to totally vaporize the entire planet and turn it into gas. How could we have been here even 50,000 years let alone 50 million or five billion?

Well, I can summarize this whole message right where I started, in the beginning God created the heavens and the earth in six days, 24 hours long, rested on the seventh and behold “… it was very good.”
