Old Time Radio
Kathy and I have been collecting Old Time Radio shows for over 40 years and we have built up a very nice collection of these wonderful old shows. From comedy and mystery to science fiction and historical recreations, radio was truly the theater of the mind. Remember Orson Wells’ War of the Worlds? Great entertainment for the whole family.
We are very active in the Old Time Radio Researchers Group in researching, restoring, preserving, and sharing these classic shows from the Golden Age of Radio, (1930 -1960).
We also contribute to the support of the OTR Purchasing group where we scour the world for heretofore unknown, unavailable, or poor-quality episodes on transcription discs, reel-to-reel tapes, or other low gen media and purchase, encode, and subsequently freely distribute them.
Be sure to check out the Old Time Radio Researchers Group Library and the Old Time Radio archives where you will find thousands of classic radio shows in addition to historical radio scripts, logs, and magazines.
